On each of the 2 routes, you can discover and explore at your own leisure the city's key sights, museums, gardens and attractions. Lisbon, a city of contrasts, offers so much to discover and surprise and still maintains the marks of its early history. It is heralded as one of the most beautiful capitals of Europe.
Your hop on - hop off bus tour allows you to explore the city on two routes with 33 stops. The stops are located around the city and enable you to hop on and off at your convenience with a ticket valid for 24 hours. There are so many attractions in Lisbon such as Jeronimos Monastery, built by the King D. Manuel I designed in Manueline architectural style and Torre de Belem, which are both classified by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites. Take a stroll through the many squares including the Praca do Municipio, Praca do Comercio and the Praca do Rossio. Pay a visit to the Museu do Oriente, Museu do Azulejo or Museu de Arte Antiga. Wander through the beautiful gardens at the Jardim da Astrela or the Jardim do Principe Real. If you appreciate the animal kingdom, perhaps you would like to spend time at the Oceanario de Lisboa or the Jardim Zoologico. Marvel at the city's cathedrals, mosques, and the exhibits in the Calouste Gulbenkian. And don't miss the renowned Palacio de Belem.
Please Note: There are 3 bus routes with varying schedules and tour durations. The Blue Route and Red Route run every 30 minutes, and it takes approximately 90 minutes to complete the routes without getting off. The Purple Route runs every 30 minutes, and it takes approximately 60 minutes to complete the route without getting off. The tours are narrated in English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian, Dutch, Polish, and Brazilian Portuguese. First and last tour times vary by route and the season, and will be detailed in your electronic ticket. On the last Sunday of every month, the bus will not stop at the Praca dos Restauradores bus stop.
